Hi dear, so I seasoned the lamb with salt, pepper, olive oil, adobo powder, paprika, and I used a little of my mc cormicks dry rub which I use to grill my steaks. I also used abit of my grind seasoning which consists of, scallions, garlic, ginger, celery and parsley. I set it in a ziploc bag overnight and took it out a few hours to get to room temperature. Hope this was helpful, ❤️🙏
