In today's video, we wanted to do another tour of a city in Lake County, Florida. We decided to film downtown Tavares, FL, and show you around. We do a complete walking tour of downtown Tavares, Florida. There are several restaurants, shops, and it is right next to the water, which is nice. There is plenty of parking! I went to O'Keefe's for Father's Day. It was teriffic, and I can recommend the Brie cheese plate appetizer and the Beef Stroganoff - both for sharing.

That building out on water is for events and weddings. But would be a cool restaurant location.

There was a pool at the dog house bar and behind that on water a bunch of boat tours , also a 14 foot gator named frank by the locals 😂

The best food in Tavares ISN'T in the touristy area you were in today. However, it isn't far from there either. Find Havana 1959. Go there. Family-run Cuban restaurant. Very nice food and owners.

Oh cool! Will you be working in the downtown government buildings? As for the demographics, we would recommend searching online for that. All we were doing was giving a tour of downtown and on that day it was rainy so not too many people were out and about. Good luck with the job!
