Thank you for sharing about your hair. I’ve lost 70% of my hair from losing 145 lbs. I’m thankful that I have very thick hair but still… my whole life I’ve been the girl with all the hair and now…. I’m working with thin hair. It’s hard to real about that stuff.

Be kind to your self … I had roux en y surgery in 2006 and have kept off 160 lbs … it was bad at first with my hair BUT with keeping my protein up it got better … I can tell still if I slack off on protein … BUT I would be bald as long as I kept my weight off … I love my life thin !! Glenda

@@williamwarren9448 I need to focus more on protein I know. I don’t need to lose more weight but I’m struggling to eat very much at all without getting sick. I never thought I’d say that! I went from 307 to 152 in 2 years. Hard but worth it.

It’s people like you who make it hard for small business owners. Emily put her blood, sweat, and tears into her shop. She states her processing time on her website, so reading is fundamental. If you’re unsatisfied with the wait time than maybe you should shop elsewhere and stop trying to tear her down!

We all understand you are frustrated about shipping because hey we all love Emily’s products and can’t wait to get our hands on them. I’ve had orders arrive faster than expected and during launches with homemade envelopes, my order took longer. A quick email would have been nicer than a negative comment. As stated above, this was her biggest launch and some days she has help but also has days she works alone. If you had watched her recent videos, you would have seen that after this launch she put her kids to bed and came back to pack orders until late hours because she cares about her customers. Emily takes pride in her products and the packaging. Let’s also remember that she was working nonstop and moving at the same time. We all have bad days and are quick to complain about something but let’s remember to also give people some grace and be kind.

Hi @trappedque I just thought I would give you some perspective to think about and perhaps in doing so, you might rethink your initial comment. Emily is a small business owner. She is doing this all for the first time. I would actually encourage to watch more of her vlogs to see her incredible journey. Once you do, I know you will find that Emily does everything in her power to avoid anyone being unhappy with her. It’s an actual fear that she has. She has 4 children, I believe all under 8yrs? And again, this is her first time doing this. She actually explains a lot of this and her packing routines, etc. on her vlogs. However, here’s the perspective I promised at the beginning of my comment - I placed an order on 3/1 (launch day) at 12:04pm (4 mins after launch), I placed a pretty large order (almost $350 & I’m only saying that bc you mentioned your order was small) so in comparison, I think my order shipped maybe a week or so later? I received my order this past fri (3/15)… she usually batches similar & smaller orders first in order to streamline and get these products out to everyone as soon as she can with as minimal mistakes/hang ups as possible. I knew my order was larger and a bit complicated so I knew it would more than likely be in the last “group” she shipped from the launch. She also separates launch day orders vs others. She makes sure to get orders before the launch (even ones that come in the morning of her launch) packed and ready before the launch. Additionally, she is constantly updating her Instagram with shipping updates concerning launch sales and on top of that the website always updates and displays current processing times for orders. I really encourage you to watch some of her previous vlogs, bc you will see that her whole heart is in this business, she stays up until 1-2am sometimes, works so hard at her small owned business on top of her motherly duties. She has a home to take care of, a husband (whoops almost forgot Chris! Sorry Chris!! 😜) & a move going on right now. That’s just all the surface level stuff. Again, I would just encourage you to perhaps do some research before posting negative comments on a public forum. And to give grace. It’s something we can all give so easily, and it’s free! It may sound like I personally know Emily and perhaps that’s why I’m so passionate about my response to you, but I promise I don’t… that’s how much Emily’s true spirit & heart comes through in her vlogs. She truly lets her audience in, and you can easily see how good her heart is. And yes, sometimes issues are going to happen, but you can always email her, always go to the source because I know she would do everything to correct or assure you she is doing her absolute best. If you’ve read this far, that tells me that you do care so I’m confident you might view her vlogs, and after doing so if you still feel the same - I will do what I can to pay for your order somehow, someway. Again, I don’t know Emily it’s not like I can just go give her cash (although I would if could) but I’m willing to Venmo you the amount of your order. The reason I’m offering this, is to show you how I practice grace. For everyone. I hope my comment made a difference for you. 🤍 Emily - if you’ve already read my novel above (haha!) you know that I’m a huge fan and advocate of yours. I see how hard you work and how big your heart is and how much passion you have for your life, family, business and everything in between. I hope you know that so many people know how much you give to this and your reasons behind it. We got yo back girl. You got this. If your customer above is still unhappy, please let me know if/how I can pay for their order even if by paying it forward somehow. 🤍🤍
