To add to what OP said, Subaru then realises what he said and is like "I basically told her I want Infinite BabyMaking, which is true but that comes later."

This means Emilia thought that if they kissed she'd get pregnant, but she still kissed Subaru, taking the kiss scene to a whole other level.

The only ones close enough to that magic pregnancy thing would be like Asari? But even those do exercise the fleshy desires....
