I really don't like the way our mainstream media portrays Pakistan as some dangerous place. Most of them have never even been to Pakistan. Once you visit the place, you get to experience the true beauty of this beautiful country. The diversity there is something that we all can admire. Their street food, their hospitality, the busy streets with constant honking from numerous types of vehicle and the mesmerising countryside are things that we might never get to see anywhere else in the world. I hope more people from the west visit this beautiful piece of land atleast once in their life and I'm sure they'll get to live the memories that they'll cherish for the rest of their lives. Lots of love to all the Pakistani brothers and sisters out there. You all are one of a kind ❤️🇺🇸🇵🇰❤️

I don’t blame emma, Karachi is the most hectic,intense, and busy city in the country. I recommend that foreigners start there trip in Islamabad which is much more calm and laid back and end off their trip in Karachi, as by then they will be much more accustomed to how Pakistan works.

I would take a different track brother. I think that the tourists should start in Islamabad and keep Karachi for the middle of the trip. This is because in Emma's case, if Karachi was her last stop, then she would only remember her "rough" experience there (as she said it) whereas it would be better for her to visit a couple of more places afterwards and keep pleasant memories.

I am also originally a Karachi walla and love my city, but unfortunately in terms of living standards, development, and cleanliness our city has been long surpassed by Islamabad, Lahore, and even Peshawar. For the most this has nothing to do with the people of Karachi but rather the utter incompetence of the Sindh Government.
I'm from Peshawar, living in UK. Let me just tell you, Peshawar hospitality is on another level. You must try the chappal kebab from Jalils there and the tikkas. And if you want Chinese, silver dragon

Instrument is called “ santoor “ and the mini drums are called “ Tabla” yes they are very traditional .

Another great vlog guys 👍 a whole corn can also be toasted in salt too , that's why they were stacked, we eat whole corn 2 different ways:1) cooked in salt 2)Boiled then sprinkled with chaat masala. That cucumber looking thing is Pakistani zucchini. A suggestion: you guys should checkout Coke studio Pakistan for a taste of Pakistani music, it's phenomenal.

Most of the carpets sellers are nomads from Afghanistan. They just want to sell their carpets on the go, thats why their prices are lower but they also dont like to make higher profits. Its just a part of Pakhtun Traditions.

Karachi needs a couple of visits it's Pakistan's biggest city where a host of different cultures live my first visit was overwhelming too but now I know how the city is

WOW WOW WOW. That was an amazing vlog. Massive well done on all fronts. So what makes this so good for me is the variety. The walkabout. The gentle inviting atmosphere. Delicious, lip licking, appetising and amazing looking food. Fabulous Airbnb at an amazing price. You guys extending a hand of help and friendship to a relative stranger and then karma... 3 strangers extend a hand of friendship to you guys. Almost a case of one geed deed deserves another. @@JetLagWarriors Yeah! Not to say that they're served this way in Afghanistan itself (don't know about that) but the stands selling these fries were opened by Afghan refugees who'd fled here during the war in the 1980s and after.
A word of advice. After eating street food always pop an imodium capsule into your mouth with a bit of water immediately afterwards to save you from an upset stomach!

Would not recommend, imodium, it's meant for severe diarrhea, and drastically slows down bowel movement, so not good thing for the stomach to digest the food, if extremely necessary,bthen take after few hours of eating

Great food and music in the end is so calming.
Just watched Emmas Vlogs in Karachi. Feel for her. Her experiences made me very uncomfortable for her. Too timid and pushed around. Karachi is not for the faint hearted. It's a good thing you guys kinda pulled her out. Good on you for that.

@@JetLagWarriors lol dude, many Paksitanis aren't keen on going to Karachi either, it's a dog eat dog environment over there, more so than other Pakistani cities.

@@haid3r88 . I live in Karachi and that’s not true. You have to plan a tour in Karachi though as it is very big. Bad experience can happen any where

@@SQ-cj9me you would obviously defend Karachi since you live there, don't let me opinion annoy you, there's so many Pakistanis that also share my opinion... heck I even know off people that live in Karachi and admit that they just like the vibe and atmosphere of the other major cities instead.

@@haid3r88 I live in lahore and my mother went to Karachi for a family friends son wedding and she really didnt like karachi. She said that she has started appreciating lahore now. Lol
