Jesus prayed, but Jesus prayed differently. Jesus fasted, but Jesus fasted differently. He didn’t do it like the religious people of his time. He didn’t conform to conventional wisdom or predictable patterns. And yet there is so much teaching out there on prayer and fasting filled with conventional wisdom and predictable patterns, seemingly paying no attention to Jesus. He taught extensively on prayer and fasting. He actually prayed nine different prayers and we have them all written down. He lived a secret life of prayer and fasting in public-before our very eyes. In this three week course we will sit together at his feet and learn from Him in ways both theological and practical, mysterious and ordinary, faith-filled and powerful.

Wow i have been trying to follow Jesus for many years & the Lord has never revealed this to me thanks Lord & thank you for letting Him say it through you well done
One prayer that always brings me joy and hope is Our Lord Jesus Christ prays to our Father is man and women would be one as he is one with the father. We have authority and power in this prayer. So I ask myself, if I'm the salt of the world, how useful is one grain. This prayer helps me reflect my Lord's image to others being transformed by the Holy Spirit each day, not drifting away but growing stronger.
