@3:46 - Roel, you're not burning 300-900 carbohydrates(!) per hour... you probably mean 300-900 calories. The number of carbs you burn is approx. 60 per hour during exercise and you can fuel up to 90 grams of carbs if you train this well.

I think it makes me look very sophisticated 😎 But dont think it’d work well underneath a helmet, its more an off-the-bike thing

Very cool video ! I wanna start with (gravel) biking and I am doing testride next week at Ride Out Amsterdam onde Atlas 6.8. But is the Atlas 6.8 the best to start or is there a new/better version coming out in the near future?
