Thanks a lot @foetwenny! It's going to be so nice in the Spring! Have an excellent trip!
Nice to see some budget recommendations! Jeju is such beautiful island. Lovely beaches, trails, and waterfalls. And the seafood is amazing there. It's truly Hawaii of Korea.

네, 감사합니다! 😊
Great recommendations! I've lived on Jeju for 5 years, and while I have been to a few of the places, mostly the places you listed on the South side of the island as I live in Seogwipo, but I'm definitely going to check out some of the others you listed. The panini spot looks especially tantalizing!

Oh wow you must know some really great places! The panini spot in 금능 is great for lunch if you haven't been. It's not sweet like a lot of sandwiches in Korea are. Jealous you live on Jeju!
Hello I came here from Pomsori the Algerian guy I loved the energy between you two and the contents of your videos , keep going ♥️🙏 I'm also an Algerian fan of Korean culture 🤩🤩

Thanks so much Howard! Hope you can see Jeju some day too! It's really beautiful and lots to see, but pretty expensive in general compared to the rest of Korea especially when it comes to food/lodging! To be honest this video isn't one of our best, but we wanted to keep the tradition of uploading once a week just to keep us motivated so we don't fall off track and get lazy. Now we're back to filming our everyday lives in Seoul, so we'll try and think of some cool ideas that are entertaining and fun for us to film, and if you are curious about anything in Korea feel free to ask anytime! Hope all is well!
Great video, just returned to Scotland after visiting my Son, my Korean Daughter and my new cute five month old Grandson in Seogwipo Jeju do. My Son moved to Seoul 9 years ago to teach English for one year, but decided to stay and make Korea his home. Now, as well as being a full time Dad, he also self employed and teaches in a local High School for 20 hours a week. My Daughter is also self employed, so their life is flexible. Made my trip so enjoyable, family and life are the most important things in life, always. Heading back to Jeju in April 2023, cant wait to see them again.

Wow that's so great! Happy you had a great trip! 😁 I came to Korea 9 years ago to "stay for 1 year" too and I never went back. There's something about Korea that's special for sure! You will have an amazing time in Jeju in April by the way! It's so beautiful around that time. All the best!
Cheers!
The black pork looks so good!

The link for the first one doesn’t seem to work. And can’t find it on Google maps either!

Hi @JustLovely821 unfortunately that place has closed down now. There's another place nearby that's highly rated by Koreans here: naver.me/IDBHZfV8 but I've never tried it. It looks a bit pricier though so check the prices first before you go inside, and hope it's good!
"Sandwich abominations" Yes.

Ahaha glad you caught it!
Gotta disagree with the bbq you recommended, the best black pork is Kkot Pork, it’s also in Hyopjae and it’s cook in Charcoal. Also if you want great Daepae there’s a good chain only in Samhwa call DonSamGyup, best Daepae I’ve ever had, always a wait

Didn't get a chance to eat at Kkot Pork (협재더꽃돈?). Will have to give it a try next time. Thanks for the recommendations! These were just the best places that we tried hence the "our best" in the title, but there are so many restaurants in Jeju that there must be a lot left to discover!
