Hello. The video clip was shot not near the city, but in the center of Krasnoyarsk (the easternmost city in Russia with more than 1,000,000 inhabitants). On Molokova Island, in the middle of the Siberian Yenisei River. It's minus 35C in our city right now. I wish you prosperity and well-being.

I do not know, because I am not interested in information about the ways of entry of foreign citizens into the territory of Russia, given the current idiotic situation with sanctions from Western countries.
