The Picasou 2 Pro functions well. Sometimes requires unplugging from the USB port as to power off or restart when certain Applications become stuck or malfunction. Audio will occassionally MUTE between the use of one App to another. When there is no audio, it requires a Restart therefore disconnect from the USB and reinsert it. One unresolved problem after contacting Ottocast seven (7) times is about Weather Location. I have performed and done everything possible. The Weather App will not relocate as it is on the Default location Shenzhen, China. You will always know what the weather is in Shenzhen, China because you are unable to change it. There is no weather server and updating the firmware will not correct the problem. Overall, I am satisfied with the Picasou 2 Pro and it works very well with Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max as you will need to purchase a mini HDMI male to HDMI female cable or adapter.
