Wow! It's been such a long time since I have been down here to Niagara Falls, Canada!
This was for my 27th birthday celebration thanks to my mom!
Had a BLAST!!!!!
Anyways...
These elevators here are the first of its kind here in Canada!
Believe it or not, they are not the fastest here in Niagara Falls, ON!
These only speed up to 700 Feet/Minute (8MPH) as I was told by the elevator operator!
The fastest ones with my experience are the Main Elevators at the Sheraton on the Falls! Those elevators are OTIS Elevonic 411s reaching speeds up to 1,200 feet/minute (6m/s)!!!

When I was here in the early 90s, they did have the Lexan buttons (light rings), and the take-off and stops were faster. Also, one dedicated elevator served the observation deck, one for the restaurant, and the third for the other floor (forgot what it was).

I’ve always wanted to go up the Skylon Tower, as I’ve heard you can get an amazing view from the top. I also find it interesting how the elevators is almost totally glass, and how you can see the falls from the elevator! 😍😍😍 All together, great video, Jordan! 😁😁😁
There's a plus to getting stuck in this: we can get a nice view of the falls!!!
HOW did you get on this with nobody else? What time of year/day was this?
I Went There in 2007 and Had Dinner UP There. It Was Awesome. I Didn’t Go to the Observation Deck Though
