(July 2023) These are the elevators in the west tower of the Hilton in Appleton, WI. These are Otis with series 1 buttons. At first I thought these would be locked out, but to our surprise they were not.

Very nice Otis series 1 traction elevators! From the looks of your video these are maintained extremely well and everything still works perfectly including the arrow lanterns and chimes. I will say this hotel does a great job maintaining these. Because in my mind series 1 elevators don't need to be modernized.
