I will suggest to format pendrive in FAT format and use microsoft ntfs app (download from playstore ) and file manager

@@biga2651 Every OS contains driver files/software to support/run external hardwares like mouse, keyboard, pendrive etc. If OS don't have those drivers then attached device will not support or recognise property.

Earlier my Samsung m31 was reading otg but from last week its not detecting otg! I have tried that otg cable in other phones, and it worked well. But suddenly what happened to my phone? I thought my port was damaged but when I inserted in pc it worked fine!

Samsung chipset is not optimized for Chinese otgs Used branded sandisk otg pendrive

I have m30s, with recent update when i connect OTG then in notification its shows connected & immediately disconnected, this keepa happning eventhough i have removed otg, can you advise how can this be fixed, i serched many videos in you tube but didnt worked out for me.

You need to First, try downloading different file manager, from playstore and check If not work Then, go to a shop And try different OTG s and buy new one which is compatible

Samsung have lot of compatibility issues, so I suggest you to buy from Local store or shop near your area. Go to shop, and check which otg work perfectly.

Same promlem for me too.... Samsung m31s will only support FAT32 file system, it wont support NTFS so cant use otg... change to fat32 and connect it will work
