Thanks for your review. I agreed w all you stated. Bottomline, communication was crap. I ordered the neon green in MAY 2023 and it was in powder coating. He then stated that neon green was not available from his powder coat guy. I got the same blue one you got. So something stinks if he told you the same thing in May 2024. I was part of a messenger group of guys who ordered at the same time I did and all had the same issues. In fact, some how a spy got into the group and reported what we were saying back to Kay. It was nothing we were not saying to him in texts or emails. He called me upset we were bad mouthing his product. I told him all we stated was the truth. He did send his girlfriend from LA to San Antonio to pick up my dolly to fix and he got it back to me in the time he stated. I had the same issues you had w welds, especially the crappy holes drilled for the ignition and charging ports. He did fix that. He had blamed his crew for the QC issues. Recently there’s some in my group that have had issues w the batteries. I do believes Kay did no beta testing, we were the beta testing group. I haven’t had any issues w my dolly since the repairs but I probably don’t do as many rentals as others. But each weekend I close my eyes when I turn the key hoping the batteries haven’t crapped the bed. I don’t know why he added a light when the other issues were still going on. If you noticed too, the flared wings at the bottom cut up one of guys larger inflatables. I told kay he need to have those flat. I think his newer ones are flat now.

Gees $3500 piece of junk. Thanks for the review definitely will not buying one. For that much money the quality should be perfect. Not to mention tje horrible customer service.
