It means so much to me when someone wants to spend their money on something I made 🥺🩷

You have to keep in mind that the same customers can buy from you multiple times. To get them and give them out as gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, dates, start a collection and many other reasons and occasions. Don't limit yourself by saying that because some customers already bought from you before, they wont buy again. Your work is really beautiful and I'm glad it's going really well for you!

Yes, if a customer really likes what you make, they will buy again. I am also a maker, and many of my customers are repeat buyers. They will think of you when they want to gift something beautiful to someone else.

Maybe create a pdf of the menu and make a QR code for people to scan? ❤

great idea!

Hole punch the corner of your menu and put it on a badge reel that's attached to the display. They can pull it like two feet to look at but then it can't leave the table!

Congratulations on a very successful show. I love your flowers & how you package & display them, just like a live flower florist, so fresh! FYI I've found Mother's Day to be the 2nd most important gifting day in a year, with Christmas being #1 of course. What do u think?

Thank you so much! I'll find out this year as my products changed a lot and I was very inconsistent last year! I thought valentine's would be huge but so far mother's day beat it significantly!

I totally agree with you regarding customer service. I make all my words extra fluffy because I’m scared someone will think I’m being abrupt. I think it’s important though! Congrats on selling out! Also, you seem much happier in this vlog! 😊 Pats for Taku and April!

My only regret from Otafest was not buying a Silent Princess Flower from your booth I got a few smaller flowers on the Friday When I came back a while later to grab a Silent Princess they were all sold out (Which makes sense they are very pretty)

I just recently found your channel and I ABSALUTLY love your crochet flowers, I felt sad that you might end such a wonderful business because of its difficulty when the art pieces are this pretty. I have some suggestions that I hope would help your business and I hope this isn't too silly. I would really like to see your business continue and grow, but also for you to mantain your health, so I suggest eather hiring people to help you with it but if that's not possible then maybe selling your flowers to fashion brands or seamstress and tailers, or maybe even partnering with them, I could totally see your flowers being used On beautiful drsss pieces🌸 I hope you bisuness goes well and everything gets easier.

Awww my girls n i wanted to go to Otafest this year again but cudnt afford it. We are definitely not local. We travel 8hrs south to get there each year so we haven’t seen ur display yet. Hopefully we get to see u next year!
