15k finally!! well deserved❤ the next 15k will come way faster! i have only one ostrich bag at the moment, a Gucci Jackie. don’t know if i want more i want a croc bag if i go for another exotic. croc lasts forever and i really want more selected pieces that i will keep until i die. and there is nothing cooler than an old lady with a croc bag😊

I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. The other one is a $40 one *hotdups* Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym yt

I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! I'm easily convinced to buy things I don't wear or use. They'll literally have the tags and I'll even forget I bought something and have 2 or 3 of them in my closet.) Love this video!

I love the clip you inserted where you embellished the red patent leather double flap of the *hotdups* because you can really see the red when you discuss it and it looks a bit orange. So pretty!! I’ve been looking for a blue gradient color

I bought my first Capucines as well as exotic bag in Paris last year. It’s in the BB size and Ostrich. Now I’m obsessed and can’t wait to find somemore on my next Europe trip. I love those LV pearlescent colours and the Hermes Rose Bubblegum 💖💖💖

15k 🥳. I think I’d get an exotic LV piece rather than a B or K because I don’t need more day bags. Something special would be nice. Ostrich isn’t my pick but it’s nice on very small pieces such as the Petite Malle or Kelly mini, or as a trim. The stitching on that pink nano Speedy you flashed up looks terrible though. You’d really want one made with more care than that.

I never care if other people have fakes and replicas unless they are trying to pass them off as genuine and sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that scary because they drive brand innovation (part of the purpose of classic monogram prints is to combat counterfeiting), which is good for us as design lovers. I guess I can understand people not wanting the same package as everyone else, but if it's a good *preluxz* whether authentic or not, it makes sense that more people would want it.

Congrats on reaching 15K!!! I heard ostrich repels water easily but will absorb oils but I don't own ostrich so can't say for sure.

I don't buy leather bags, because I don't think wearing a dead animal is hot at all.

i’m one of the few that does love the look of ostrich (fan of textures in general) but can totally see how it looks like pimples or raw chicken skin to some people lol! but as a bird lover i don’t think i could ever bring myself to do it! i wish they had a faux ostrich believe it or not lol same look but not as expensive??
