Yeah, same feeling. The original Venice Rooftops was meant for a race, and it gave a feeling of freedom like a wild eagle. The SCV version is meant for a fight, and it gives a feeling of adrenaline.

Venice Rooftops (AC2; original) makes me feel like I'm running in a race (and eventually winning). This SCV version, on the other hand, makes me feel like I'm running towards a bunch of clueless Templars and Borgia guards with both hidden blades extended from my wrists and a confident grin on my face.

still to this day, one of my absolute favorite ost themes! I miss SCV and AC2 so much.

This has to be one of the VERY FEW times that I heard awesome drums in the music of Soul Calibur... Superb.

Ezio deserved better. I wish he had his own story in SCV just like SC6 just like Link in SC2. Just like Vader and Yoda in SC4. Ezio got the worst end of the stick. He never got an arcade ending, NEVER got his intro, NEVER got his rival or interaction. NOTHING.

While SC5 was quite lackluster in terms of gameplay and amount of content, one cannot deny that the music is fantastic. The drums on this theme's arrangement are absolutely ace, and add to the tense atmosphere of a fight.

This theme gives the feeling of battle honour respect n of course brotherhood.❤

Badass theme. Even though not many care for SCV, which I get, I can’t help but to appreciate it 💙

This is one guest I wouldn't mind coming back...

Ezio Auditore > Rest of the Assassin's. Simply put :D.

tfl1997 That depends on the situation. Ezio and Edward have different skills and equipment. Don't bother counting ship-fighting though. Ezio don't have a battleship.

Boss949 Lol the reasons why he would win are as following: First of all, Edward has been doing nothing else but fighting his entire life, and he's gained more experience in fighting than Ezio, since Ezio might have been an Assassin, but Edward was a pirate. Edward already had a good body at his disposal, while Ezio needed lots of training first, so things came more naturally to Edward. Edward also uses two swords instead of one, whereas Ezio always uses one, or a two-handed weapon. Edward's more ruthless, but he also has excellent defenses while Ezio is cold and calculated. I don't think he'd be able to get past the whirlwind of Edward's blades, though. But here's the thing... Ezio has good senses, true, but he's been surprised more than once. The only time Edward was really surprised was when he was distracted at Teach's decapitation. Edward just knows when someone's on his tail and thus, he, for some reason, always knows if someone's trying to kill him. Ezio, on the other hand, is a little more careless for that matter.

Back in the day when I heard soul calibur 5 was coming out I was like "What if they put Ezio or Altair in it?" then I was like "Holy shit!"

Imagine walking into a Halloween party dressed as Ezio... and the music is perfectly queued to play this, right when you walk through the door...

I always thought I hated Exit when I played AC, but this song plus me and him button mashing through the SCV roster made me realize how much I liked him. :D

Ezio is way more awesome than any other Assassin Ever.... Hell, i do respect Altair, but only those two i really respect.... Assassin's Creed 2 was probably the best, most badass and awesome game ever, out of all of the games in the franchise....

I dunno about you, but Arno (the new protagonist in Assassin's Creed Unity) looks like he's gonna be a combination between Ezio, Connor and Edward. He was described as an extremely skilled fighter and a very charismatic man. He was also described as a new breed of Assassin, deadlier than any before him. And since his story plays after Connor's, that means he's deadlier than literally any assassin before.

Most likely copyright/licensing issue. Same reason the Star Wars music from SCIV wasn’t included.

This theme is good to run to, but only if you're able to go at a moderate to fast pace.

I dont own SC or AC games but i heard this while playing at a friends place and had to upvote it.

This is the best soundtrack in SCV. I wish they put it in VI, but I get why they can't.
