Still will always be one of my favorite movies. It was as a kid and still is as an adult.

Something about this song is that it applies perfectly to every part of the story. Evelyn’s pain when she thinks Rafe is dead, her grief when Danny dies for real, as well as Rafe’s grief at the loss of his best friend. It’s a song of both platonic and romantic love.

LMFAO! I hear ya tho. The first time I saw this in the theaters, oddly enough, I didn't cry.. But I do remember waking up in the middle of the night feeling depressed over Danny's death 😂 It was like I had supressed emotions due to not being able to cry that it had to just catch up to me. But now when I watch it, I bawl my eyes out every time.

those memories playing back in my mind.. I just lost my boyfriend for 8 years and it breaks my heart. no words can express how much it hurts... This is the song I sang for him. It breaks my heart and this song reminds me of all the things we were able to conquer. He will always be in my heart ❤️ forever. no one will ever replace him in that very special spot. My baby sister passed away May 2nd at the age of 37. She was special needs. Her & I loved this movie & this song. Our father is in the middle of Covid. & we just lost his big brother a month prior. Our family is going thru it. But, my sweet girl saw the beauty in life & the lord. She did not take a day for granted. Even tho I am devastated because she was my world! Not seen this film in a good 20 years. Watched it the other day and it hit so differently for many reasons. This song being one of them. I've not long broken up with someone I loved to an extent I didn't know could exist. She knew I love aviation and want to be a pilot as a hobby or maybe a career later on. I said that WHEN I'd got my wings I couldn't wait to take her up. I start learning in April 2023 and she's not here. This song really hits that perspective and reality because I know I'll think of her up there...

Pearl Harbor best movie ❤

I love this song and always will. I lost my Mom on October 28th, 2005 and this is the song that I had played at my Mom's service. I've not missed one anniversary of her passing that I don't go to the cemetary and play this song for her. It just makes me feel that shes always with me and giving me those special hugs she always had for me. I miss her beyond what words could even describe and I can't wait to see her again along with my loving sister, Sharon.

Omg 20 years ago I remember falling in love with this movie and Danny's character and cried so hard at the end. And now watching it again and omg Same feeling 😭😭😭😭😭😭 waaahhh! really one of my all time favorite movie eveeerrrr!!!!! ❤️

2011 Highschool days! Graduation theme song. It was strange but everytime this song played around, it reminds me of everything we did in our last few weeks of Highschool, specially we're in a athlete section/group everyone was special and best.

My mum wanted this song at her funeral. 21 years today rest in peace mum xxx

Every person needs to visit Pearl Harbor. I visited twice and there were a lot of tears! I saw this movie when it came out, an epic to the memories of those who suffered, died, and serve, Faith Hill is the perfect person to sing this song-a great lady and voice!!!!

I love this movie and love this song. There is no more heartbreaking scene to me in movies ( and I've seen a TON) than the hands reaching up from the inside of the ships while other soldiers try to get their mates out of them...

It's 2022 and I still have goosebumps like the first time I did listening to this song ❤😭😭😭😭

Probably one of the best movies I've seen. Powerful soundtrack as well.
