Why go to 5.5 and not stop at 5.0?

If it were normal bone, F5.0 taper drill would be used for Φ5.0 fixture. But the case is hard bone and F5.5 taper drill is used, which means over-preparation for less engagement between bone and fixture.

I think we should stop taper drill at 5.0, if we go to 5.5 , fixture will loose even in hard bone. Ain't so ?
