on the parry how do you figure it out. i see your sol is outlined in a certain color makes it easier to see the sparkles disapear what color is it on?

For the parry attack, I kinda go off on the charging sound queue as preference rather than the spear's visual indicator. His attack cycle above 50% HP is [Charge sound - 2 - 3 - Attack / 1 - 2 - Attack / 1 - 2 - Attack] but below 50% his 3rd final attack will be 1 tick later [Charge sound - 2 - 3 - Attack / 1 - 2 - Attack / 1 - 2 - 3 - Attack]. Using the "Visual Metronome" plugin is pretty helpful for getting the timing down (Box left of inventory counting 1-2), but overall I'd say a good way to get the timing right is practicing the melee prayer flick alongside the video's charging sound queue [2:13 for >50%, 3:32 for
