Thank you! I had some complain a guide was too long on a different vid earlier, but I'd rather have too much info in the guide and time stamps so you can skip stuff, than leave any info out that someone might need.

Solid content, if anyone struggles "turning" the boss during walk back phase I'd recommend "walking back" in a large diamond pattern around the arena.

you even include the tile marker in the description instead of expecting me to find the correct perfect white square.

I tried with crystal and bowfa setup and was okay about 2 kills a trip same with mage/crystal hybrid because i took alot of mage gear and less food, i used elite void with diamond, ruby, and spphire bolts with mage just to freeze and then use zaryte and im gettinf 5+ kills a trip and its more inventory slots for food if anyone is curious void works great!

Ive used the lightbearer with ACB to use ruby bolts (e) on the mellee phase. Then use bowfa for range phase, sped up my kills decently

gonna start grinding this boss soon, but since I can't afford it I'm swapping out the bowfa with a crystal bow. based on some messing around with the dps calculator on the wiki it should be better than the crossbow approach, plus being able to shoot in the tele phase sounds nice

you can use dragon bolts with a dragon crossbow though ... only the rcb is ruby bolts only

Best guide on it. Honestly it is pointless to mage him. Especially if you have high level range gear. Unless you have full ancestral and the Shadow, Range only is faster kills on average. I bet Wr is tbow only.

Omg are you telling me I spent forever trying to get 82 mage for nothing? LMAO

It seems like at about 170+ magic accuracy with augury and sipping a forgotten brew or using saturated heart you pretty much never miss a cast. Blood barrage is nice to extend trips too, great if you have virtus.

Blessed spirit shield and boots of brimstone are nice options to remove some switch necessity, also won't break the bank.

Awesome guide! Would you recommend zcb or acb for spec only? Acb can spec twice, but zcb can hit higher, I think?

if you are using zcb for spec you should also bring a lightbearer

ZCB guarentees to do the sapphire bolt proc when it hits though, so ZCB spec is better. If you are struggling to have enough specs because of 75% energy, add the lightbearer. But if you find you spend most of the fight at 100% spec energy w/ lightbearer, waiting for the prayer shield, then you can stick to archers ring (i)

Helped me finish the quest and have me excited to grind it on the iron. Going to go grind out an arma cross bow and grind the fuuuuuuuuuuck out of this boss it’s so fun.

If you're on the Arceuus spellbook anyways for thralls, is it worth it to bring runes for Greater Corruption? If you upgraded your rune pouch you still have room for soul runes too.

Greater corruption can be a solid bonus if you're struggling to get through that shield at all

Not sure what Jhallan is on that his phantom is this powerful when his whole deal was he was hiding below the ritual site due to being one of the weaker mahjarrat looking to avoid the conflict. I genuinely struggle more on this fight than Zamorak, _the god_ , in RS3. You have a lot to keep track of at the same time, though it's less cruelly dependent on knowing the future and reacting with no telegraphing compared to something like Zulrah, it's certainly no small leap from Vorkath to this. I'm particularly curious how I'm seeing those kills of yours with only maybe 1/4 of the room full of spikes. By the time I got to the last phase I literally had about two surges of spikes left before 100% of the tiles were coated, it was razor thin tick perfect to get that kill at 99 ranged, defence, and hp with a medium budget setup (no items over 10m value each)

I have the RCB, are diamond bolts (e) worth bringing too? Thanks.

What do you think of crystal bow vs acb? My bank is worth like 80m so kind of limited, if crystal bow is a no, will probably run void acb.

ACB should be a little better than crystal bow here. The ruby bolt procs are pretty big for getting through all that health

I didn't see anything about thralls. Do you choose the thrall depending on the monster's weakest defence? For muspah that would be ranged.

All 3 thralls have 100% accuracy, so Weakness doesn't matter. The Mage and the Ranged thrall don't have to keep up with the Muspah though, so they're better than the Melee

Way better honestly. Tbowing it is ass. Shadow + freezes is way more chill. Only reason I'm having to do Tbow rn is cuz shadow is crashing.

I have 120m extra to spend. I have a bowfa with full crystal, pegs, anguish, archer's ring (i) and ferocious gloves. For the mage switch, I have ahrim's top and bottom, toxic trident (e), tormented bracelet, Elidinis ward, occult necklace and imbued god cape. Should I upgrade to a Sanguinesti staff or buy a venator ring, or something else?

The Virtus Top & Bottom would be a good investment. Sanguinesti isn't bad, but it's mostly just for the passive healing, so notreally needed. And Venator Ring isn't a good upgrade for the price. For that ranged setup, Barrows gloves are better than Ferocious (Ferocious are for Melee). Zaryte's are BIS for ranged but they're overpriced, so Barrows gloves are good for quite awhile. Pegasian Boots are also insanely overpriced. You're better off with God D'hide boots, and using that extra money to help with Virtus, or potentially an Imbued heart if you're grinding any Mage bosses. A lot of if depends on exactly which boss you're fighting tbf. I hope this helps!

I made 350m from Muspah so far and have the full crystal, bowfa, barrows gloves, archer's ring, anguish, dragon crossbow, virtus top and bottom, Elidinis' ward, sanguinesti staff and imbued heart. Should I sell the virtus top or bottom for the ancestral counterpart, save up for zaryte vambs, or buy an arcane sigil to upgrade the Elidinis'? I probably should at least upgrade the dragon crossbow I think.

@@nicksacco5041 Acb would be a good upgrade from Dargon Crossbow. And both Ancestral & Zaryte Vambraces are good upgrades, but very expensive. So it really depends what you're trying to fight. If I tell you to upgrade to Ancestral, then you fought a boss that you don't use magic, that'd be pretty bad advice on my end. So it all depends which boss(es) you're trying to fight

for step back method i start counting ticks as the 0 hitsplat shows, so the hitsplat is tick number 1, then click on the tile on 3 and on muspah on tick 4 and wait for the next hitsplat. because sometimes I move 2 tiles away the cycle becomes 6 ticks cycle so the hitsplat is the correct tick to start counting.

Did somebody say Muspah League?

Right click on your map button. The button just under your minimap, that would normally open your full screen minimal,. If you right click it, there's an option to import any tile markers that you have currently copied

DT2 update made the Bow more worth. Other than the price going up (which can happen with any item over a couple months) idk how I was suuuuuuuper off base. It wasn't that helpful, and now there's a place where it is helpful

That varies a whole lot depending on stats, gear, and how good you've gotten at the boss. Some new players polly use most of their food in 1 kill, while experienced players aren't banking for like 5-10 kills at a time
