RouterOS version used: 7.1.2 and 7.2rc4 or higher.
A stub area is an area in which advertisements of external routes are not allowed, reducing the size of the database. A totally stubby area (TSA) is a stub area in which summary link-state advertisement (type 3 LSAs) are not sent.

    Hi for me it works until ABR router gets rebooted. After Booting it propagates/install all routes and prefixes from backbone area. The only workaround is to manually change the default-cost value to another number I.e from 10 to 11, and then revert it back. After that stub routers only correctly show the default route to ABR

    Hi Nikola!!! RouterOS 7.2rc2 included a fixed to some issues with NBMA. I will explore all the network types in one of the upcoming videos in the OSPF series.
