Do you mean you can't find the Arduino UNO in Arduino IDE or you can't find the port in Arduino IDE? If you don't find the Arduino UNO in Arduino IDE, the name for the board is Arduino/Genuino UNO. If you don't find find the port in Arduino ID, you need to try another board or USB cable.

Why doesn't ZIP have the file configuration.h?

Configuration.h sets in code, as someone can't upload the code with Configuration.h

How do I connect the voltage meter to the driver module, is there a preconnected cord to it or do I need to connect one, because I do not have one.

The robot car kit just work under 7V, and the battery case is just for 18650 battery. you can order 18650 battery and charger on www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZR8NKJL?ref=myi_title_dp

wtf are the batteries the space is massive

The battery case has been improved and it can fit most of 18650 batteries now.

The Software part goes through it too fast. I hope the rest isn't like this one. Give it audio, please.
