Nick, please do a video on old buildings that were built using precast panels. Someone mentioned Nyayo Estate in Embakasi (some phases) and Railway houses in Nanyuki. This would showcase the longevity of precast panels. Please 🙏🏾.

Good to see serious people in the construction industry. I’m curious how they built Nyayo Estate Embakasi on precast. I know Mugoya did the initial construction in the 90s then later phases Chinese company. I think it’s a flagship project for this technology and has been around for more than 2 decades.

Time saving is for sure clear, but the main question should be cost per square metre. If am building a house with pre-cast panels, what's the cost per Sq Metre compared to brick and mortar?
