Beautiful Oshkosh Striker apparatus! The new rigs are superb. That glass cab sure gives you a wonderful field of view!

Yes, the cab is the best part. Also, much smoother pump and roll too from the last legacy model.

Aloha, can you get me info on the rear ladder brackets for the little giant? Our new striker needs a similar set up.

It was all set up before arriving here from Oshkosh. Give them a call and see if the brackets can be ordered and installed.

Great video! But I noticed you have a flap of hose stuffed through the bale of the nozzle. I suggest you don’t do that, we used to and on a few occasions the engineer charged the hand line before the flap of hose was pulled out. It gets stuck in the bale and can’t be removed easily, just what you don’t want when you’ve got to go to battle, and your hand line is f#*ked up.

That makes sense, but that is a firefighter issue. The firefighter should grab the triple load and remove it from the Bail as they are pulling it off the truck. It is just set as a reminder to grab both hose lengths. But it is not a big deal either way.

@@ARFFWorld We didn’t think it was a big deal either…until it accidentally gets charged in the bail, usually at an active scene where crews are hustling then your line ends up with the line wedged in the bail and OOS. Hope it never happens to you. Your videos are awesome though, thanks for the reply!

@@ricco0911 thanks, we switched it to around the handle instead of in the bail. Cheers
