I'm not sure what the Pinnacle Pro is. I just bought the Osaki Pinnacle Massage Chair - OS-7200H. I'm assuming this video is the correct one for my chair arriving in 2 days?

The footer is stuck in upward position. How do we fix that?
Has Osaki 7200H Pro Pinnacle have the same installation as this one? If not, please give me the link of installation video.

Hi, Pai. The installation for the 7200H Pinnacle varies slightly from the install video for the original 7200H. There will be additional steps required in addition to steps that been eliminated or streamlined. As of this writing there is currently no installation video for it, unfortunately. Please refer to the User Manual that came with your chair for assembly instructions.
