    The bar to support the back, the one in the back rest can sometimes get weedged up inside, I took forever to find mine, it should just wiggle loose and be available, thanks for your help

    The written instructions are non-descript and incomplete...Firstly, they completely miss installiation of the arm rests and now that I've installed the back first, I'm fcked.... Also, the instruction are in Chinglish... For $2500 can you proof read the instruction manual and the tags your Chinese construction folks are putting on this chair?!! I shouldn't be expected to search KZread for instructions, UNLESS that was in the instruction book... and it isn't.... WTF?!!!
