For anyone looking, I bought one of these about two months ago. The massage was too hard at first and for about a month I had to use the lowest possible 4D setting but now I find myself increasing it as I get accustomed to a deep tissue massage. I consider this a quality of life purchase and would recommend it highly.

I would be sure to try one before ordering. If you over certain heights you will not fit even if it had a push extension.

Great point. Generally speaking, massage chairs are designed to comfortably people 6 foot 3 or less, and up to 265 lbs. Each person also has a preferred massage intensity (gentle, up to very strong). I bought my mother a Maestro a couple years ago and it still has the best neck and shoulder massage of any massage chair I tried. How much of an upgrade is the massage quality from that chair. Also, in your opinion is this chair a better built chair in terms of durability than the Maestro.

@@EasyMassageChair I have the same question. I don't want to know if this is the right chair for me or not. I want to know the difference between Maestro LE vs this one. Also, how did you get a chance to shoot at OTA world? Unless........ you are them :)

Hi @@sharathv5290! The Highpointe is Osaki's most advanced massage chair yet that can accommodate bigger and wider people of up to 270lbs. It has heating both on the back and calf and also has heating shawl. It features deep calf kneading and has intelligent voice control. The Maestro LE on the other hand, can fit people of up to 6'4 in height and up to 240lbs weight only. It has more intensity adjustments which you can customize for soft & smooth massage but it can still do deep massage. Let us know how we can help you further.
