Hi Dr. .. I wonder if I can ask you a question.. I have a patient with ske. ant. open bite.. he occludes only on post. teeth.. which are in cross bite.. he is afraid of any surgical interference even by using a mini screw to correct the problem.. can we intrude molar teeth in another way ?I mean by using a modification in the arch wire just to minimize the open bite anteriorly.. if we can't solve the problem completely..? thank you so much..
