Same thing happened with me ,I adopted a puppy but he used to live under abandoned building and had no contact with humans. When I adopted him he was afraid of everything and even a little sound of laughter made him very nervous . He was very very fearful dog and always hid his face in the corner and was not even drinking or eating for straight two days . Thn I had to leave him again with his mom and his siblings cause it was unbearable for me to see a little puppy not drinking or eating anything.

@Crusoe It doesn't work like that bro, the puppy was with me for more than 3 days and was not eating or drinking anything . He could have died of dehydration. I saved his life

She just looks so sad. Please love her as much as you can.

Thank you for trying to find her mom or rather waiting to see if mom came back after her. It is truly sad but at least now she knows mom’s not coming back, maybe she can’t. But the sweet little girl can now have a home with people who love her, she can be happy and loved.

I never have seen a stray dog like her. She is so gentle and kind. It’s like she has lived with people all her life.

Once he allowed her the respect to see if her mom could be found she seemed to let go and effort life in a new way. What a sweet story. Thank you for taking her back to her original "home" so she could gain the closure she she DESPERATELY needed to move on and become a happy puppy!! ❤️

She sure was rescued by a loving, caring person who patiently to let the pup work through her sadness, hopelessness. She ended up in a loving forever home. So happy for her.
