How do i earn proofs of anguish??

@Hampyumpy depending on the game (orna or heroes of aethric) once you find the guild you can raise the level of anguish from 0 to 1, and then you begin earning the proofs from bosses at your tier. The higher the anguish level, the harder everything is, but the more frequently proofs will show up in the drop tables.

Why the hp dont up x10? The anguish only up stats like att/mag/def etc?
