Javed Ahmed Ghamidi is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, a Quran scholar, and an educationist. Mr. Ghamidi is a student of Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi and Maulana Abul A’la Maududi. Mr. Ghamidi has authored several books, including the bestseller ‘Meezan’, in which he presents a comprehensive treatise on the entire content of Islam. Mr. Ghamidi is a researcher and a critical thinker who has challenged many aspects of the traditional Muslim schools of thought on the basis of evidence from Quran and Sunnah.

His talk is always good but he should speak in English so that the first generation of American Muslim could understand. Only Pakistani immigrants can understand hid lecture. So his audiences are very limited.

Sir Aapko AHMED RAJA BARELVI ki kitaab padhni wo GRAVITY ka inkaar kar rahe hai......CHAAND. ki gravity ka inkaar karne ki unhone daleel bhi di hai.....isi tarah se unki kitaab JAMEEN SAKIN HAI padhni chahiye jahan wo jameen ko sakin bata rahe hai or 106 daleel de rahe hai.
Just 1 answer i not agree about sood INTEREST. as all around the world for any kind of loan mortgage or car loan etc in every agreement bank mention in words clearlry we must pay interest means sood. So ghamidi saheb must explain this agreement wording. The way mr ghamidi explaining according to islamic banking hire and sale agreement. Which not exist in normal banking system.

Ghamdi Sahab is not responsible and has no power over how banks operate. He has told you the principle as he understands. Now its upto you to make particular decisions according to information available to you.

You can consult his more clips on sud or ushr perhaps you did not watch n listen..mortgage is not sud..you r being misdirected by the word interest whereas the word sud is not vital when actually the nature of tranaction is not fulfiiling the definition of interest in its own...you need to clarify more about it by maximizing your knowledge abt the subject..one thing keep in mind the interesr or sud is always on consumables n not on useables...n interest is the demand of profit or financial benefit on any cash advance we r giving as a loan on consumables

Sood in on consumable things, that could be finished e.g. Money, wheat etc. It does not apply on usable things like car, house etc.
