Orlando was high when he spoke to Dr. Phil. No doubt about it. He's also treating his mental illness with street drugs. He's off his meds, because he enjoys some of the symptoms of his illness, and his meds likely make him feel weighed down, lethargic, etc.

Most who even remotely followed Orlando understand that term has been used early and often as a mostly collective dismissive stance. Considering the apparent close observation you invested, expected that you would easily comprehend the aforementioned.

Orlando definitely act up for the cameras but we all already know Diddy packing. It is hard to tell which stories Orlando is right about and which he's talking for attention. He knows what he is doing.

There are photos of Orlando in childhood with "panda eyes", so it appears that he knows from first-hand experience of what he spoke.
