Hi G! I hope you are doing great. Just a tiny question: in my character can I mix it a little bit. Let's say that both my parents are Earthlings, but my mother is an earth descent and my father is an air descent. And I'm a mix of the two. Is it possible to do that??? 😊😊😊

I only found by guild because I left a comment on a video saying what it was. lol

So excited for this! When I started planning my character in the beginning of September, I actually added a fox and a bow to my moodboard. And then my character got into of the order of the Crescent, and now it fits so perfectly 🥺 I just had this gut feeling back then that I needed to add the fox and the crossbow!

After a hard time I only discovered this today! As an Iltirian in the Mind Walker guild I've chosen the dagger and the Faewild realm - they suit my character so much

I'm super excited for this. I really want a stoat animal familiar. I'm gonna read Redwall. They aren't on the cover but I think going with such an out-there choice a stoat even being in the book is probably the best I'm gonna get. lol

So excited for this! I hope to be able to finish this in one week but nice to know that we can continue it longer too 😊 Hope you will feel better. Take all the time you need and don't let the readathons wear you out.

I’m so excited for this! I’m actually running a readathon in March but I have a few prompts that will fit in with this readathon which is very exciting. Hello, G. I so admire your creativity and the hard work you have put into this magical reading project. On my side, I did finish the two books for the novice path, the entrance to the path at the beginning/map, and the portal entrance to Orilium at the end/school setting. The three books I read for my character were for the prompts Wilding, Desert Dweller, and Human. My guild is the Crescent and I have my books picked out for March. I do hope you get to feeling a lot better so you can live life to the fullest. The best. D.

Things went nuts for me about six months ago, so I’m only now getting to the various prompts for this Readathon. I’m pretty excited to slowly work my way through this world!

This is a very nice surprise! I'm excited to take part, just need to find my information on my character because I know I read a bunch the first time to pick stuff, but I forget where I put all that...

I have been in such a readathon mood recently and I am so excited to jump back into the world of Orilium! My guild is the Order of the Crescent and I have chosen a Phoenix as my companion! Now to find a book containing a Phoenix! (I have already re-read HP this year) and my conduit is going to be a wand I think! I am an Earthling from Irtheria with a Wilding background so I feel the wand connects with me and nature very well! I am so excited for everything to come in the world of Orilium!

Choosing a Bone for my conduit and my pick for that read is the Bone Witch by Rin Chupeco. For my legacy, I’m choosing the goddess Gaila, my pick for which is The Keeper of Nighy by Kylie Lee Baker.

As a member of the Order of the Crescent, I choose the quarterstaff conduit and probably the raven as a familiar. I may end up changing that, but raven was one of my first thoughts, and I have a perfect book for it already, so I’ll probably go with that.

So excited! I'm a member of The Mind Walkers so my conduit is dagger, but I'll try to gain feather, wand, and/or staff :-) (I like the prompts :-D) And I chose for my legacy Multiverse. And again SO excited :-))

I’m a member of the archivists so my conduit will be a polearm! So for a book over 400 pages im reading HP Goblet of Fire and for my legacy I choose to align with Velinas. So for a prompt with high stakes I’m choosing ‘The Toll’ to finish out the scythe trilogy. They’re both chunky books so I’m going to spend all of March making my way through them! Love this readathon SO much!

I was originally sorted into Mindwalker and had been fine, not ecstatic, but fine with it. In my mind I wanted to create a roguish Iltirian and initially, not knowing any better, I saw that being more of a struggle in the Mindwalker guild. But then you said SHADOW REALM and TIME TRAVEL and MULTIVERSE. And now I'm like. Yes. This is good. This is so good. I have decisions to make tho. This is the first time I'm participating in a readathon and the work you've put into building this world is amazing. Thank you!

I'm so excited, this is awesome! ✨ My character has a slingshot as a weapon, and I'm really attached to it (and therefor my character as well), so I think I'm going to enhance it, and put it in the 'wand' category. I would have put it in the 'bow' category, but my character doesn't belong to that guild. Just sharing this, so that if someone else is pondering where to categorize their conduct, altho I don't know if this helps but. 😗

Not you almost making me lose my mind again over a million books on my TBR xD Luckily, the books I want to read fit the two prompts I chose^^

One of my characters is from the Order of the Crescent. One of the books I want to read is We Hunt the Flame. I think this will work perfectly for the bow.

I am so glad I managed to complete my character which I was also surprised at and sorted my guild. So ready to gear up now. Hoping to have some nice prompts for mindwalkers and for my weapon. Lets see how it goes.

Took me a second but I'm an Archivist so I'm going to pick Bone for a conduit and Ausra for Legacy! Not like i need another reason to start a new series, but it'll be a good time 😂💜

I think im going to use a carved bone necklace as the conduit. I like the imagery of the beaded rope wrapped around my character, Nila's, wrist and held up against enemies to cast spells. Then Nila will be a patron of Laima.

The Great Alone for a wand, and The Art Of Racing in the Rain for my animal familiar (dog). Yayyy

My conduit will be dagger for which I'll read the girl who drank the moon And for legacy it is the astral plane so for that I'll be reading the school for good and evil book-4

I am going for Spellbook and Pocket Dimension. I'm an urban dwarf form Darkmeadow.

I'm an Archivist so I haven't picked my God yet but I am reading 2 books for my conduit. I want a wand made of bone so I'm reading for both.

So I had to go with the Spellbook and Pocket Dimension. I probably would have picked something like a sword normally, but with the character, I made it wouldn't have made sense. Going by what fits the character is definitely the best way to approach it!

Yay, so excited. But I can't decide which conduit. I understand the use of a lot of them. But what does a feather do? I mean, how do you use it? Does it let you fly or teleport? I am in the Crescent Guild and will have a cat familiar. Not chosen the book yet. I have just finished one that I might be able to stretch to make it work if I have to. If time gets short.
