I wasn't surprise, I've heard her other songs, but I was definitely pleased. Another great song.

I came here after watching a Metallica reaction. If you spend the time reacting to music we like we might as well spend time listening to music you make. I enjoyed it. I hope to see more.

I remember being a teen and hearing my first metal and loved it(yeah I was actually a teen in the 80's), then moved on to Metallica, etc. It's rare these days to see and hear talented people that truly feel music anymore, instead they look at paychecks. This fine lady here has the gift. And I really hope she never loses her edge or hunger and thirst to feel the music.

Great voice. A hint of Stevie Nicks without the rasp. Subtle modulation that gives a pleasant complexity, without overdoing it. The guitar sounds good, and easy on the eyes don't hurt. I could see your career taking off if you hook up with the right people.

This would be the theme song for a country western tv show about a blind alcoholic vigilante who helps the downtrodden who are bullied and never get a fair shake from the system or are just born with bad luck. He'd also have a monkey who plays the accordion and occasionally saves our hero when it looks like he's a goner. The song would also play at the end during the credits when he is walking away in to the sunset. 🐵😆👌😍✔

Actually better than expected. Like many, found this via the Metallica reactions. I hadn’t listened to my Metallica since the 90s…when I switch to being a raver in grad school at UCLA. it was nice to come back and see someone experience it for the first time…and it was almost like my first time since it was so long ago. I thought she had thoughtful introspective commentary without the phony overreacting I saw in some other reaction videos. Then the next video said she had her own music too. Pleasantly surprised that there is some real potential there.

Came here from the Fade to Black reaction (I love when people "get it" with Metallica). Very smart placement for this plug. You're a sharp songwriter. Some Neko Case vibes. It's always gratifying to hear someone write something with a folk country feel that is slightly brooding and atmospheric. I dig it. Edit: on a related note, you might check out "Until It Sleeps" or "Mama Said" from Load. It's later Metallica, but they might be right up your alley.
