Cooking has no boundaries,no borders and there should not be,the chef is a very talented person in teaching the recipe, I thank him for revealing the recipe

5kg Mince clean no charbi 5 tbsp salt Mix it very well with hard hands 250 g Makai atta Mix well with hard hands 2.5 tbsp black pepper powder 3 tbsp black Zeera whole 3 tbsp ajwain seeds 10 tbsp white Cumin seeds and 15 tbsp coriander seeds crushed together 2 tbsp anardana seeds 100gm red chilli flakes After adding all these Spices, mix it very well Blend onions 3.5 kg we have to drain these onions with hands 2kg tomatoes Take 3 tomatoes out of these 2 kg ones and blend together with 500 g green chillies Mix it very well with hard hands Chop the remaining tomatoes Drain the blended onions and add them to the mince but do not add any water Mix it very well Fry kebabs in ghee
