Choo isn't GD. In the Ville they got their own situation going on and their own reasons that they beef with woo. Flatbush Newkirk was beefin with gs9. Newkirk is Twirlers not Choo but nggaz on the same side. 83 was beefin with GDs in general no matter where they were from in NYC. So everything fell in place like that and nggaz landed on the side they landed on. Especially with the link ups.
