There's a lot of amazing, and affordable original art, out there. I have hundreds of great examples from lesser known artists. I just purchased a piece from Frank Forte that was sinfully under priced. I'll support that community of artists anyway I can. Not just creators with published work. Great art, is great art.

The good ol days of conventions must have been amazing. When creators were more accessible and sketches were easier to come by. I wish I had started going way earlier. 😅

Yaaa that is weird.

That first piece of art in the portfolio (Wolverine with popped claws) doesn’t look like a Frank Miller piece. It actually looks like John Cassady artwork. He’s famous for drawing X-MEN during during Joss Whedon’s run on the title. If you look at Cassady’s other quick sketches, he draws similarly. What he does with some sketches is that he “frames” the art in marker before signing at the bottom and also initialing it on the side with his initials JC. That’s what he initials all his published covers with. Just google images and you’ll see examples.

"Monkey shines", from the malcontents in the community. There's nothing worse than grifters in our midst. Unfortunately, when there's money involved, there will always be shenanigans. The speed in which information travels today, is definitely to the detriment of their fraudulent activities.

The guys with tattoos look sus to me 👍. If the GUY next to you would shut the hell up u would notice vendor's have very little if no info on books they are selling Never Ever Ever Ever Ever trust make an offer Most Of The Time Books R Stolen. Angelo NEVER take the guy comic shopping with you👍
