This one family owned 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is a true survivor with only 49,889 original miles. It’s loaded with original documentation including two build sheets. It also retains its original sheet metal, original paint, original interior, original engine, original transmission and original rear end. As the included original build sheets, original Ford Invoice “Lois Eminger” report and Marti Auto Works “Deluxe Report” document it was ordered on October 21st, 1969 by Rodman Ford Sales located in Foxboro, MA. It was ordered as a 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Sportsroof with a Grabber Green exterior and White Clarion Knit/Corinthian vinyl bucket seat interior. It was also ordered with the following options in no particular order: Black hood stripe, Shaker hood scoop, rear deck spoiler, F70x14 belted tires w/ raised white letters, AM radio, power steering, 351 V8, FMX Cruise-O-Matic transmission, 3.00 traction-lok differential and power front disc brakes. This car is 1 of 10,790 with this engine and transmission combination, 1 of 1,166 with this paint code and 1 of 273 with this paint and trim code. It was actually built on November 19th, 1969 at the Metuchen, NJ factory. It was dealer swapped to Tondreault Ford located in North Attleboro, MA. It was sold to Roger J. St Pierre on February 18th, 1970. Roger lived in South Attleboro, MA. The original Bill of Sale, original Retail Installment Contract, Ford Warranty Card and dealership key tag are included. Roger enjoyed the car occasionally and showed the car over his years of ownership. Some service receipts, Mustang Club of New England items, car show award and car show display plaque is included. Roger sold the car after 25 years of ownership to his family member Roland St. Pierre on June 10th, 1995 which is documented with included Bill of Sale. Roland sold the car after 7 years of ownership to his family member Henry St. Pierre on April 4th, 2002 which is documented with included Bill of Sale. As the title that was issued May 3rd, 2002 documents it had 30,198 original miles at time of sale. Henry sold the car after 20 years of ownership to MS CLASSIC CARS on September 20th, 2022 with 49,888 original miles which is documented with included title. A Marti Auto Works re-production door tag, original parts, Ford shop manuals and miscellaneous reading material are included. A few photos of Henry St. Pierre and his family were taken with the car in the MS CLASSIC CARS showroom which is in the photo gallery. Henry wrote a letter outlining the history of the car that he signed and had notarized. This letter is also included.
The exterior of this car is in beautiful original condition especially considering its 52 years old. It retains all of its original sheet metal and factory gap lines. The car sports its original Grabber Green paint the exception of the paint on the front lower valance which was damaged on the carrier on its way to the dealership when it was new. The Grabber Green paint is complimented with the original black hood stripe, original black lower side moldings, original black rear spoiler and original black rear tail light panel. The car sits on the original 14” steel wheels which are outfitted the original hub caps.
The interior of this car is also in beautiful original condition especially considering its 52 years old. The White Clarion Knit/Corinthian color compliments the exterior perfectly. One of the two original build sheets is still attached to the floor under the carpeting behind the driver’s seat which is awesome.
The engine compartment is also in beautiful original condition especially considering its 52 years old. The car is powered by its factory original 351 Cleveland V8 engine that was factory rated with 300HP. The engine breathes through the factory original exhaust manifolds and pipes. The factory original mufflers were replaced with Flow Master 40 series mufflers in 2016. The engine is coupled to the factory original FMX Select-Shift Cruise-O-Matic transmission. The power is transferred to the factory original Traction-Lok differential.
The undercarriage is super clean and presents very nicely. The entire underside was uncoated when the car was new which really preserved everything.

Awesome car! I had same color 1970 Boss 302. Best fun car ever! And that rumbling growl, unique, unmistakable sound of the Mustang makes my heart race fast as only this pony can. Thanks for the memories!!

Damn! I kinda wished I'd seen this back some 4 months ago! I bought a new 1970 Boss 302 w/4speed cause, that's how the came from the factory? Yea..I'm really bothered by this knowledge I sold it just a year later. DUCK ME!

The ok stamp on the pass valve cover is not correct 351c style and it is available through most mustang vendors. Also the vacuum diaphragm on the end of the snorkel stuck out right away as they were silver cad and riveted on after the snorkel was painted. You see alot of them get painted over when someone does a repaint. The transmission pan was natural steel also and never painted. Not picking the car apart as it's still a nice one but theres alot of things on it I can see was changed or altered.

It has been restore. This is not the factory original paint job. It was acrylic laquer, not polyurethane. It's not a 100% stock car.
