And it keeps getting better and better, Dr. Jekyll will be the one who's gonna be locating all this creatures through his organization named Prodigum. I am so hyped!!!!!

You know, there was an attempt to revive the Universal Monsters through a cartoon and toy line. It was called Monster Force. It was about a scientist named Reed Crawley and his team, which included the Frankenstein monster himself and a descendant of the Wolf Man who used technology to capture monsters. The cartoon only got one season.

as far as I can tell the first cinematic universe was actually the German golem movies which started in 1915. a second golem movie was made in 1920 and takes place in the same universe. on top of that it's also the first example I can find of a prequel as well. it basically told the origin story of the golem setting the stage for the events of the first movie. so yeah the idea of a cinematic Universe is as old as cinema itself. it's literally over a century old.

I really enjoyed "Dracula Untold." Am I the only one that liked that movie and ready for a sequel?

I love the Universal Monsters as well. I haven't seen the new Mummy movie yet (and it doesn't sound like it's any good) but I do hope that the other movies are really good and successfully bring back the classic monsters.
