Nice to hear! We were busy with studies and unable to record. But we never stopped folding :))

This is a great video and a great model by Román Díaz, but it is not one of the models in his book, Origami Chess Cats vs. Dogs. Dog models covered in that book are Dachshund, Chow Chow, Whippet, Beagle, Weimaraner, and German Shepard.

Is it possible to fold with 15x15 cm paper?

If your paper is thin enough, you will be fine I think
