Origami Clownfish by Mi Wu

This clownfish by Mi Wu has 'only' about 60 steps but these 60 steps are hard ones! Though it's amazing how every steps flows into one another. We had a hard time looking for a good paper to present this model and with the KOA Hanji paper that is new on origami-shop.com we found a paper that folds easily and allows us to fold along the hard steps.
Diagrams can be found in 'One water One World' by SAOC, the Chinese Origami Community, edited by Nicolas Terry. This book contains very impressive models, go take a look here to check them out:

These are Mi Wu's diagrams (which we have permission for to use of course). I don't know which program he uses but I guess Inkscape or Affinity Designer
Seeing the thumbnail made my head hurt just thinking about the complexity. Now imagine this thing with scales! haha. Nice Vid
