Oh if you want to learn how to make a paper crane, it’s actually easier. You’d be surprised. It has less steps and the start of this turtle is how you make it. There is like 1 1/2 steps after you do that triangle thingy at 3:31. You just fold the tips up in someway and make the head. So you could probably learn that easier after making this :)

You can't use scissors or else it's not Origami anymore. It's the art of folding paper without tearing and keeping it intact. Nice vid, but not Origami.

Not traditionally no, but it's made of paper and folded so that's origami to most folks :/

If it uses scissors, it's not origami.

Two things: 1. Origami is the art of paper FOLDING so it's a bit of a cheat that you have to use scissors 2. It's a little slow. I know it's for beginners but 4 minutes to fold a bird base is a little bit ridiculous. Other than that it's a good tutorial
