Damn I Barbell Overhead Press 135 lbs as my tough top working set. He reps 130 lbs dumbbells.....thats it bye world! 🥺
130 DB press---ok you have my attention
Its crazy bc I literally do shoulders presses maybe once every 3 months and I kno how to take my front delt out of chest movements as much as possible and my front delts are still growing like crazy. I obviously do front raises and upright rows but I'm guessing its mostly bc of the amount of incline barbell bench I do!. I'm not complaining bc my elbows can handle the load my shoulder can on the press so I'm staying safe for the most part!

For a natural your traps are huge. How many days a week, sets and exercises do you do for them? Also, 130 dumbell presses for Shoulders is safe?
