No offense intended and none taken- you are sharing your experience and not another's. What else can you do? Very honest and modest.

That was a lot of work but looked great by the end. Organisation helps so much with getting things done for me. I don’t see the point in comparing my life with other people’s. With their life comes their problems, just like my life with mine. Love the way your babies were ‘helping’. 🙂

You are so creative! You remind me of my mother who came from the USSR and she would make use of everything. She would see something and turn it into something functional. I love your channel thank you for sharing your ideas .

I so enjoyed your opening statements about not comparing oneself to others, setting one's own goals and not worrying about 'keeping up with the Joneses'. I like the way you described how you came to these conclusions and what it means to you. Too bad some who comment are critical- they hide in their anonymity and take cheap shots when we know the are not perfect! You never claimed perfection, just sharing your reality and coping and skills. Keep going- you are doing great and I will watch and appreciate the journey. I admire someone who tries creatively to manage daily struggles and stressors, especially with very young and dependent children. Good job!

So nice to know where everything is now; makes your projects much more fun when you don't have to waste time searching for items.

I keep the quality bags as well! I use them to store delicate things (think jewelry) or things which need padding like china figurines... On occasion, I may use them as a gift bag for another product, depending upon the shape they are in (must be excellent) and if there is a logo or other mark on them not consistent with the new gift. When my son was small, he liked to have them for toys and this helped him learn to sort and put things away after playing. The texture (like velvet) was a joy for him to 'play' with. On the other hand, a neighbor would accept any I wanted to dispose of and she made small quilts (like throw-sized) for a charity here in town. Many uses!

We also use them for games. A fancy bottle of liquor came in a beautiful velvet bag with a drawstring so we put all of our Scrabble tiles in it and you can just reach in to replace your tiles,instead of having to turn them all over to hide them.( same thing with Dominoes)

Oh the ideas you have given to get my husband’s garage organized! Being able to see the things in baskets and bins will be helpful for home to find the items. Nicely done❤️

You did a great job. I have one piece of advice for all of your followers,NEVER block your electric panel or make it inaccessible. In your case,all you need to do is make the metal shelf taller with blocks or four matching,upside down pots,etc., then the panel will be completely accessible in the large open space. You’ll be thankful if you ever trip a breaker,etc. (it actually may even be illegal to block them from opening?)

I have very similar raw wood shelves in my garage. I had them built to accommodate my husband's portable grill, fish fryer, and grilling stuff. On the other side are three and four drawer plastic bins I took home from the dump! I cleaned them and put in beach toys, sports stuff, etc. I also picked up two mid-size wooden cabinets with drawers for things such as insecticides, garden gloves, etc. Our city dump has a Take It Or Leave It Shop where things are left for others to take for free. I prefer closed bins so the stuff inside doesn't get dusty. I just wipe down the bins and the garage looks clean.

I throw away all paper bag thing come in. I do save the thick plastic with zippers that new sheets, and comforters, and pillow cases come in. There are great for storing things in. Plus you can see through them.

I just found your channel do this title. My garage is a crazy disaster. You have given me so many awesome ideas for organizing the little things. I as well have WAY too many DT containers. Thank You for this video. I can’t wait to watch more of them 💚💚

I’m a single mom of a 19 month old. We live with my mom. I wake up Monday at 7, stay up all day, work Monday night from 7pm until 7am Tuesday and come home and stay up all day with my son again. And I repeat that work schedule again on Wednesday and Friday night. So a lot of the cleaning etc has gone by the wayside! It’s hard to take care of him and stay awake for 40 hours 😫 it’s hard not to compare to other people but your video is so true. Comparison is the thief of joy! 🙌🏼 love watching all of your videos and cleaning/organizing videos!

It must be sooo hard to be a working mom with a baby who you probably would want to see more.. From what I experience , it does get easier on the schedule as they grow a little. You are doing AWESOME! Especially as a single mom! Please don't forget to enjoy your baby before he/she grows up!! 💕

Hi, loved this video! Great motivation to do something about my own messes😜 Tip for woodworking: on your dolly, some parts of the wood were starting to split when drilling a screw in it. If you want to prevent that, just drill a hole with a wood drill first before you drill a screw in! Your wood won't split again so it'll last you a lot longer😇 Love the way you only put 2 big things on your to do list a day, really inspiring!! Lots of love, Cheyenne🌸

Comparison is the thief of joy. It's so important to remind ourselves that we are all just seeing everyone's highlight reel of life on social media. We see what they want us to see, not what is really going on in their day to day life. We are seeing a carefully curated image. We can't keep up with that because it isn't real. You have a very healthy perspective. We are all human.

I think you could use a garden shed. They make some nice ones in plastic now that come in any size you could ever want, and they are simple to assemble!

I enjoyed watching no matter what you do people will always find fault. I had my potting soil outside I went to fill my planter and a snake was inside of the bag. I’m so glad I didn’t put my hand inside and grab the soil.

Oh, our cars? Lol, we have been keeping them outside. My plan is to catch up on the furniture and get rid of it. We will have all the space open for the cars if we decide to keep them in again, like we once did.
