Love your video! I just started to use evernote a few months ago, and love that you can access it on ipad, phone, or laptop. I search my notes before buying anything to see what I might have similar, and use it when creating cards to see what I have in my stash that I might not have found just thumbing through my stamp sets. Having access to evernote while out shopping in stores also lets me see what I have while I am on the go!! Love your organizational ideas on using it, thanks!

Quick question. How do you create subfolders. Been at this most of the day and have a good start...but want to do a subfolder and can't figure it out. Any help would be great. Thanks

+Tammy Nickel Create two folders,. Stamps and Stampin Up, then move the Stampin Up folder over the Stamps folder. The Stampin Up folder should now be a sub folder to the Stamps folder. I believe you can only have one sub level. Hope that helps!

Love the shelving units and the color codes for Holidays and Events. But the computer app is beyond me. I was so confused. Not your fault but mine. But you have given me some great ideas. Thank you.

IKEA still sells those great DVD storage units. Just picked up a few.

Cindy B How do you find these shelves on the Ikea site. I have looked and can't find them. Do they have a certain name? Do they come as a whole shelving unit or do you have to order pieces of it? Like shelves, then the frame and so on?

Love this, but I can't seem to get the image of the stamp to show by the name of the stamp set ( far left column) I have to open it up to see the actual images. Going buggy trying to figure it out.

@Deidre, if you are seeing your notes in a list, without images next to them, try this; at the top of the notes it will say NOTES, then under that the number of notes. Next to that you should see the word 'Options'. Click on that. It should show you a menu for sorting, then under that it should say 'View Options'. In that section, you should have Show images and Show text, with a check box next to it. If you check the box next to 'Show images' you should find the images appear for you. Hope that helps!

How do you organize non-occasion stamps like words and sayings, flowers, and other stuff? After you index in Evernote, how do you find the, in your bookcase?

What is the difference between key words and tags? Why do you do both?

I have tried to find DVD shelves like this on the IKEA site but can't find them. Someone just.said they were still available. Are they one whole unit or do you have to order pieces and parts? Do the have a specific name? They would be perfect for the space I have available in my craft space.

I just watched your video, once u have the Evernote organized, how do you go to your sets? Are they alphabetical or numbered.

My Evernote screenshot is different than yours, but user friendly. Last question, I have Stampin Up stamp sets from 6 yrs. ago, how would I find the images to drag and drop, or copy and paste? I usually get most of my images by googling "Stampin Up 'stamp set name'". If nothing comes up I take a photo of the cover, or the images stamped and use those. I've organized my Evernote by type (Stamps, Dies, Punches, Embossing Folders) then by company ( Stampin Up Current, Stampin Up Retired, Lawn Fawn, etc) Hope that helps.

So, all your stamp sets are alphabetical to match your Evernote?

Yes & No. I have all my current Stampin Up alphabetical, all my retired alphabetical and then the bins of retired Christmas/holiday stamps.
