I tried this with all my hoodies. It works great on bulky pull over hoodies, but not on regular hooded shirts, or thinner zippered hoodies. For those, I folded the hood into it before the filial fold that turns it into a square.

This was so easy! I'm folding my hoodies from now on like this.

Nice very useful I'm going camping tomorrow and I was having a lot of trouble folding my hoodie and this video helped a lot I liked how you had the pocket to hold your hoodie in place helps when you are on a gravel road and everything in your suitcase is being thrown around 😜
