i have a small winery , we produce natural wine - in qvevri (clay pots burried underground) and without any chemical additives at all- not even sulfur...and we dont use filters. the only problem with such wines is that it is alive at all times, it changes aromas and consistence according to weather ... it collects residue on the bottom of bottles.. so now i have to figure out how to manage the transportation for such a live wine without it being changed during voyage ... and i'm not planning to kill it with any chemicals to stabilize it... :)))

hi NataMessi. Biodynamic wine is a regulated term. To be biodynamic, there are many rules to follow. Indeed treating your vines with certain concoctions that you have to make is what seems to stand out as it is seen as a bit of wizardry.. The idea is that you also work according to the movements of planets and defined calendar. Video coming soon...

Cleaner wine, that's a good way to put it. I'm trying some now. Maybe it's just this one, but it tastes more like "salt water". However imo it's worth a slight taste tradeoff to at least make an attempt to consume less toxic products

It is very interesting your video because it is difficult to define de natural wine.

Well, it would be interesting to define it exactly but too many people disagree. Today my heart says, no use of synthetic fertilizers, peticides and herbicides. Only indigenous yeasts and no chemicals in the wine making. Sulphur, which many people argue about, I would say yes at it occurs naturally anyway,,, but limited.

Hey Rishi, as you can see in the video, the only way would really to go fr Natural wine.. Although it is important to note there will be some added sulfur in many. Sadly organic wine (in many countries) will use chemicals in the wine making so not really a proxy for "chemical free"
