Below is quick 1 on 1 on what is a damaged skin barrier
A damaged skin barrier refers to a condition in which the outermost layer of your skin, known as the stratum corneum, is compromised or impaired. The skin barrier plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy skin by preventing moisture loss and protecting against external irritants, allergens, and pathogens. When the skin barrier is damaged, it can lead to a range of skin issues and discomfort.
Common causes of a damaged skin barrier include:
Overwashing: Excessive cleansing with harsh soaps or cleansers can strip away natural oils from the skin, disrupting the barrier's integrity.
Excessive exfoliation: Using abrasive exfoliants or overusing chemical exfoliants can lead to skin barrier damage.

@@NipunKapurHi Nipun i was seeing the ingredients list for neemli sunscreen spf 30 and spf 50 it contain benzophenone 3 which is a band chemical filter in Sweden and japan. Its more controversial than omc and oxtocrylene. What your take on it?

Hey Teena, Yea sure this can be incorporated. At any time you should layer no more than 2 serums. I use this with copper peptides in the am

Is this safe to use around the eye area including the eye lids???? Becaz i got wrinkles around my eyes.....from August.... I'm using saslic ds face wash+10% vitamin c serum+ Cetaphil moisturizer+ re equill sunscreen in AM routine. My pm routine is saslic ds face wash+ retinol 0.025+ kojivit plus (alternative nights)+nuetrogena moisturizer.... weekly once minimalist peeling solution... actually my eye area is really dry.... I don't know where I made mistake...😢...pls help me I'm 32 now.. combination skin type
