@@caleviwin So basically the recipies don't provide "light ice" proportions, so it totally destroys the drink proportions, and it's down to the barista to decide what is "light ice". We know how much ice a drink should have (according to the recipe), so to us, it's not a lot. To other people, Americans in particular, it's a lot. We're sorry and we're doing our best! If US Starbucks would actually give us "light ice" proportions or change the recipe, it would take the guess work and subjectivity out of making refreshers. Starbucks is also very much about doing everything by the book, so we've been trained to deviate as little as possible. We have to try to please the corporates, customers, and the health department all at once, and I promise we are doing everything we can to keep all of you happy!
